The Yough's fitness center opened in December of 2004 but in December of 2012 received a makeover with all new cardio equipment, carpetting and televisions. This state of the art facility is open to all members and their families (over the age of 18). Equipment consists of a universal gym, stationary bicycles, stair climbers, treadmills, rowing machine, and more.

The YCC fitness center is open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
